Anji Bee is the hostess and producer of weekly chillout music podcast, The Chillcast with Anji Bee , as well as the co-hostess and producer of Chillin’ with Lovespirals: Insights of an Indie band , and part of the Podcast Award winnning ShowGirls .

Vocalist and lyricist for indie duo, Lovespirals , as well as a former college radio and internet DJ, Anji brings her years of experience behind the mic to all of her podcast projects. Anji’s blend of professional sound and intimate conversational style is what makes her podcast personality truly unqiue. Add to that a cosmopolitan musical ear and the result is the ultimate chillout experience of The Chillcast with Anji Bee .

Need a little scheduled downtime? Unwind with The Chillcast, a smooth and sophisticated mix of chillout music hosted by Anji Bee - the sexiest voice in podcasting. It's a soothing cosmopolitan blend of Jazz, Electronica, Soul and World Music that will have you relaxed from the first downbeat. The show also features artist interviews, extended DJ mixes and much more.


An L.A. native, Anji Bee was immersed in music from a young age, creating and publishing her own music magazine when she was still in Junior High School. In college, she spent three years working at campus station KUCI, including a stint as Music Director. She's also a musician in her own right, contributing lyrics and sultry vocals as the distaff side of Lovespirals with musical partner Ryan Lum. The duo have produced 3 full-length albums since they began in 1999, and their music has been featured on national television productions both in the U.S. and abroad.


The Chillcast had its origins in a streaming Internet radio program called The Lovely Ladies of Electronica that began in 2000. By 2005, Anji expanded it to include a broader range of music, and dubbed it Chillcuts Radio. It's still available on the premium service of Live365 as Chillcast Radio. The Chillcast with Anji Bee was first heard via Podcast in January of 2006, and has been bringing you it's unique blend ever since.
